Brand Remedy has had an established relationship with Historic Royal Palaces since 1999. We assist the team on the implementation of their brand proposition “Tradition with a Twist” to take the brand into the visitor experience, including historical interpretation and orientation materials and the Palace guidebooks, we have now completed three of the five guidebooks. The materials are sold through the Palace onsite retail outlets and are translated into various languages to provide the visitor with a lasting impression of visiting the palaces.
