Internal brand Engagement is a term used to describe the process of forming an attachment (emotional and rational) between an employee and the employer brand. It is a key aspect of brand management with employers seeking to positively influence the perception, attitude, belief and behaviour of this key group.

Change management

Internal communication is also a critical success factor for change or transformation programmes, particularly those involving a change in behaviour among employees, which will often involve other disciplines like human resources.
